Fuel & propane
You drive it, you fuel it.
The Triumph runs on regular unleaded and averages around 8 MPG. The tank holds ~55 gallons. A full tank in Wesley Chapel & Tampa runs roughly $170 to $190 depending on pump prices.

House rules
Treat it like your own. Better, even.
A few common-sense rules keep the Triumph rolling for everyone. Break the big ones (smoking, unauthorized drivers, out-of-region travel) and you risk losing the deposit.
On the road
- Drivers must be 25 years old with a valid U.S. license and a clean MVR.
- Background screening required for all renters.
- No towing without prior written approval.
- Max 350 miles/day average to keep the engine happy.
- Florida & neighboring states (GA, AL, SC) only unless approved.
Inside the rig
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or open flame inside.
- Shoes off in living/sleeping areas. Sand stays outside.
- Dogs and cats welcome with prior approval and pet fee.
- Keep slide closed when parked off-grid in tight spots.
Coming home
- Return with full fuel and propane.
- Black & gray tanks dumped (or pay the $85 sani service).
- Trash removed, dishes washed, beds stripped.
- Return at the agreed time. A $50 per hour late fee applies after a 30 minute grace period.

Background screening required
1. Eligibility
Renter must be at least 25 years old, or meet platform requirements. A valid U.S. driver's license is required. Background screenings are required for all renters. Proof of insurance or platform-provided coverage is required. A security deposit is required. A signed rental agreement must be completed prior to departure.
2. Reservation and Payment
A 50% deposit plus a refundable security deposit confirms your dates. Balance is due 7 days before pickup. Payments via Zelle, Venmo, or card.
3. Cancellation
Full refund 30 or more days before pickup. 50% refund 15 to 29 days out. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we will happily reschedule once when possible.
4. Insurance and Liability
Renter must carry liability and comprehensive coverage rated for RVs (Roamly, Outdoorsy, or own carrier) for the rental period. Proof required at pickup.
5. Drivers
Only drivers listed on the agreement may operate the RV. All listed drivers must be 25 years old with a clean record.
6. Damage and Wear
Normal wear is expected. Renter is responsible for damage, missing items, and any tickets or tolls incurred during the rental.
7. Roadside & Breakdowns
We provide 24/7 roadside support. Mechanical issues outside renter fault are covered. Renter pays for damage caused by negligence (low clearance, wrong fuel, unsecured items, etc.).
8. Returns
Pickup and return at our Wesley Chapel & Tampa location unless delivery is arranged. See Rules for return condition. A walk-around is performed together at both ends.

Can I take it out of Florida?+
Yes. FL, GA, AL, and SC are included. Anywhere further needs a quick chat and approval.
Do I need a special license?+
Nope. A standard U.S. driver's license is all you need to drive the Triumph.
What about insurance?+
You will need RV specific coverage. Roamly and Outdoorsy both offer per trip policies for around $25 to $40 per day.
Can we bring pets?+
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome with prior approval and a $250 pet fee.
How does pickup work?+
Plan on a 45 minute walkthrough at our Wesley Chapel & Tampa location. We'll cover hookups, slides, and the dump procedure, and we'll answer all your questions.
Delivery available?+
Yes, within 30 miles of Wesley Chapel & Tampa for $2.50 per mile round trip. Great for setting up at a campsite ahead of your arrival.
